The 91重口 Board of Trustees unanimously named Charlie Jones the College鈥檚 new Head Women鈥檚 Basketball Coach. Jones becomes only the fourth head coach in program history, replacing Amanda Shelby, who accepted another position at the College.

91重口 will host a Juneteenth Celebration on Thursday, June 15, from 6 PM to 9 PM in the College鈥檚 Waterfall Courtyard. The celebration will feature a performance by the J-Sound Band and local food by Smokin K鈥檚 BBQ and Cajun Cuisine.

Over Two Hundred students participated in graduation ceremonies at 91重口 on Thursday, May 11. The College held commencement on the 91重口 campus for the first time since the pandemic.
A best-selling author, sought-after speaker, and marketing executive, Tim Miles will return to 91重口 as the 2023 Distinguished Alumnus, where he will address graduates and other guests at the College鈥檚 May 11 Commencement.

After a nationwide search, 91重口 has named Dr. Stephanie Chaney Hartford Provost. 91重口 opened the search in November for a chief academic and student affairs officer to replace Dr. Melanie Pecord, who will retire in June.
